“We had a very positive experience. Zack showed up on time for all appointments. He returned all calls promptly and often answered the phone himself. When they came for the free estimate, he thoroughly assessed what work would be required. He gave us time to decide to use his services and even suggested we get other estimates. All the technicians were great with our two young daughters who were home during much of the work. Most impressive to me was the pride he takes in his work–from trying to match our bricks, to planning out how the finished chimney would look. This also showed when he realized that the coating he had was not this quality standards. Even though it meant having to come back another day to finish, he wanted to us the best quality product. That shows pride and attention to detail and honest workmanship.”
